American pudding carrots


Ingredients


  • 180 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 180 grams grated carrots
  • Hazelnuts 100 g
  • 160 grams sugar
  • eggs 2u
  • Orange peel amount needed
  • 80g butter
  • Icing sugar 2 or 3 tablespoons.





Process

Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl in another bowl mix carrots, crushed hazelnuts and azúcar.Batir.

Pour mixture into a buttered and floured pan and bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Decorate with icing sugar.

For the Frosting Real
1 egg (45 grams)
200 grams of powdered sugar
A little bit of salt
Coloring (optional)
Essence (Optional)
