Wet orange pudding

Today we will prepare this spectacular orange pudding wet, the best of this pudding is humidity perceived in the mouth, product syrup of orange juice will add you, I hope you like.

Ingredients:

  • 300g butter
  • 500 grams sugar
  • Eggs 10 or
  • 400g self-rising flour
  • 80g cornflour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Zest of 5 oranges





  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 400g sugar


Process

Beat butter with sugar until creamy, add eggs one at a time whisking, add the sifted flour with starch and salt.
Perfumed with the essence and zest.
Place in a greased and floured.
Cook in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.

Cooking apart orange juice with sugar 5 to 6 minutes until a light syrup.






Slowly pour over the pudding.
Cool and unmold.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
