Home made sponge cake

The sponge cake may be common or marbling


Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk (250cc.)
- 1/2 cup oil (150cc.)
- 1 cup sugar (300g.)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups self-rising flour (400gr.)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

FOR marbling:
- 3 tablespoons cocoa.






You will need:
- 1 bowl
- 2 cups (one for measuring, one for making marbling)
- 1 mixer
- 1 baking pan (I use the ESSEN flanera)
- 2 tablespoons (big girl)

PROCEDURES:

- As a first step, before you start making the sponge cake, turn the oven and leave it at minimum (approx 160).
TIP: NO TURNING THE MAXIMUM AND AFTER it down, turn it on and leave it at LEAST ALL THE TIME.
