Crépes tropical pineapple or pineapple


Ingredients

Crépes 12 units

  • Pineapple or pineapple            1 u
  • Strawberries or raspberries      300grs
  • 3 tablespoons liqueur to taste









English vanilla cream:



  • 500 ml milk or a cup
  • Yolks 6 u
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 120 grams sugar.
  • 60 grams flour.


Process

For the cream:
Boil the milk and remove from heat.
Beat the egg yolks with the vanilla and sugar until the mixture thickens and becomes whitish.

Add whisking all the flour.
Add half the hot milk, tempering and then return it to the pan with the remaining milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
Cook for a few minutes and cool.

Armed:

Cut and peel the pineapple into thin and small slices, cut into small pieces strawberries.
Preheat the oven and place on a platter one of the pancakes, spread with a tablespoon of cream, then place pineapple slices, put another crepe and so on to form a tower.
