Old English foot of apples, apple pie

Process

Ingredients





  • 500 g flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • Eggs 4 u
  • 200g butter
  • 1 pinch salt





Line a mold leaving the edges hanging mass that on the sides of the mold at least 2 cm.

Fill with apple mixture and top with bits of butter.
Cover with the remaining dough and make some repulgue or decorative fold.

If you leftover dough do you prune some leaves and stick them over top of dough. Brush with milk.
With a knife make cuts in the middle on top of dough to let off steam and not deformed.
Sprinkle with sugar and bake about 45 minutes at moderate or until crust is golden brown fire.
