Mini tarts mass Sablée, pastry cream and strawberries







Ingredients

Mass Sablée 1
Prepare the dough recipe Sablée as I told you here


  • Custard cream
  • Strawberries or strawberries 400g
  • Vanilla amount needed


Preparation







Cut with a cutting of the desired shape individual portions and refrigerate before baking.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes until cookies or pastries are firm but not browned.

Custard cream
  • 500ml milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • Common sugar 100grs
  • 60g cornflour

Armed
Collate 1-ply cream and cookies as if it were a sandwich, garnish with a dollop of cream and put the icing up.


You can also give a finishing touch with some dried fruit and chopped nuts.
