Mass Sablée 1
Prepare the dough recipe Sablée as I told you here
- Custard cream
- Strawberries or strawberries 400g
- Vanilla amount needed
Preparation
Cut with a cutting of the desired shape individual portions and refrigerate before baking.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes until cookies or pastries are firm but not browned.
Custard cream
- 500ml milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- Common sugar 100grs
- 60g cornflour
Armed
Collate 1-ply cream and cookies as if it were a sandwich, garnish with a dollop of cream and put the icing up.
You can also give a finishing touch with some dried fruit and chopped nuts.
